How will you know whether you have succeeded? This week you will show critical activities that need to be accomplished to deliver on your plan. In addition, you will provide the measures you will use to evaluate your success.
Provide a high level list of the major activities to be accomplished in order to implement your plan as well as the timing of key tactics in your plan. Discuss success measures such as response, ROI, sales, etc. that will be used to evaluate the success of your plan. These should synchronize with and support your stated marketing goals.
