As a member of a United Nations task force you are asked to produce an analysis of how indigenous customary tenure and territorial rights affect pathways to sustainable development.
Do so considering theories of property and territory, and the cases of the Torres Strait Islanders and the James Bay Crees, covered in parts 6 (Property, Customary Tenure Systems and Territorial Rights) and 7 (Eeyouch of Eeyou Istchee…).
