Description
Each student will write a 1250-1500 word reflection paper as an expression of their personal history with an intentional eye towards those things that have shaped their primary convictions / beliefs as he or she currently holds them. Your narrative should include reflection(s) upon the top 3 elements (persons, places, things, events, experiences, etc.) that have impacted what you believe and why you believe it: demonstrating at least 3 elements from personal history with thoughtful examples of their impact upon your personal belief system. At the end of the paper (in the space of 4 full paragraphs or more) use pertinent language and concepts from the text Who Needs Theology (pay special attention to chapters 8 & 9) to construct a detailed plan (step one, step 2, etc.) of how you might intentionally grow “theologically” while you are a student at APU.
