Topic: Leading transformational change at Rolls-Royce Submarines


This is a reflective dissertation based on employment experience and drawing upon established management/leadership models for context/reflection.
Chapter 1 – personal intro (Self/role), aims/objectives and approach etc
Chapter 2 – literature review – overview of leadership & management then review of 4/5 key areas (mintzberg, kotter and alike from journals etc – have some already identified)
Chapter 3 – reflective practice (what it is, discussion around frameworks including kolb, Gibbs, argyriss & schon, johns, senge). Select one to apply (kolb or Gibbs) and how this will help learn. This is a retrospective dissertation so no experimentation.
Chapter 4 – reflective chapter capturing situations related to topics (have some defined) and timeline/situation etc. Suggested use of colour coding to show reflections using theory.
Chapter 5 – conclusions of reflections, key learning points, validate aims/objectives achieved, and if the course itself
