essay of no more than 1,000 words (combined total for all three (3)
questions). Essays over 1,000 words may not be read past the limit.

global level) and describe your understanding of it. Discuss some of the
differing perspectives on this topic.
Discuss any personal, educational and/or employment-related experiences
that have helped shape your understanding of diversity, marginalization
